Gehring-Montgomery and Kuraray jointly enter into a distribution agreement for MOWITAL®. Effective July 1, 2023, Gehring-Montgomery, Inc. will add Kuraray's MOWITAL® polyvinyl butyral (PVB) resins to its portfolio of resins and speciacal chemicals for the North American market. As a subsidiary of the TER Chemicals Distribution Group, Gehring-Montgomery will in future distribute the versatile PVB resins of European market leader Kuraray. In particular, additives for printing inks, adhesives, paints and coatings can be offered to our customers and interested parties in the future.
